Richard Chilton (1976)

Richard Lockwood Chilton, Jr. is the founder, Chairman and CEO of Chilton Investment Company. Since

founding Chilton Investment Company with his Flagship Strategy in 1992, Mr. Chilton has built a broad

organization and a team of investment professionals focused on long term capital growth. The Chilton

Flagship Strategy has generated impressive and consistent returns with moderate volatility since inception. In

addition, in 2010 Mr. Chilton founded Chilton Trust Company which is a nationally chartered broad-based

wealth management trust company focusing on services to high-net-worth individuals and families. Mr.

Chilton is vice chairman of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, trustee emeritus of the Robin Hood Foundation,

chairman emeritus of Greenwich Academy, trustee of the Richard Hampton Jenrette Foundation and trustee

of the Yale Berkeley Divinity School.


Prior to forming Chilton Investment Company, Mr. Chilton was a managing director at Allen Value

Incorporated and a vice president and equity portfolio manager at Alliance Capital Management Corporation.

Mr. Chilton began his career in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Merrill Lynch and Company and

received his B.S. in Finance & Economics from Alfred University.

Medha Kirtane, Ridgewood High School Class of 1996, is a distinguished educator and lifelong advocate for inclusive public education. She earned her undergraduate degree from Williams College and a master's degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. After serving as assistant director of the Williams Multicultural Center, she returned to Ridgewood in 2007 to join the Ridgewood High School Social Studies Department, where she teaches United States history, senior seminars, and law. Throughout her career, Medha has been recognized for her commitment to her students, her school, and the broader community. She is known as a rigorous but fair teacher who challenges students to think critically while modeling kindness, integrity, and intellectual curiosity. Her work extends beyond the classroom through mentoring and coaching, helping students grow into engaged and thoughtful citizens.  She has also advanced Asian American Pacific Islander history education in New Jersey public schools.

Bill Weldon (1966)

William C. Weldon is the former Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Johnson & Johnson. He joined Johnson & Johnson in 1971 and over the course of his career he held numerous positions in the US, Europe and Asia.  Bill is a member of the Board of Directors of HeartFlow, Inc. and Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of CVS Health, Exxon Mobil Corporation, JPMorgan Chase & Co., the Chubb Corporation and the Board of Trustees for Quinnipiac University. He is also a member of various not-for-profit organizations. Bill was born in Brooklyn, NY, and is a graduate of Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. He and his wife have two children and three grandsons.

Peter E. Rork, M.D. – ’71

Dr. Peter E. Rork built a distinguished career as an orthopedic surgeon after earning his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completing advanced training in hand, knee, and sports medicine surgery. For more than two decades, Rork cared for patients in Sun Valley and Jackson Hole, served as an orthopedic surgeon for the U.S. Olympic Ski Team, and published widely in his field. After retiring from medicine in 2012, Rork turned his passion for service toward animals by founding Dog Is My CoPilot. This renowned nonprofit has transported over 38,000 at-risk animals to safety and has since expanded into a nationally recognized rescue organization. Rork’s journey reflects a lifelong commitment to healing — first in medicine and later in animal welfare.
