Celebrating Generations of RHS
Over Homecoming Week 2025, the Alumni Association unveiled its newest capital project, Alumni Square—a beautification project located outside the RHS Little Theater. This new outdoor gathering space will provide a welcoming spot for alumni to come together during Homecoming Weekend, class reunions, graduation, or any visit back to campus. It will also offer current students a vibrant place to meet for class, study, or simply enjoy lunch with friends.
Most importantly, Alumni Square will serve as a place to honor and remember classmates who are no longer with us. The campaign offers several ways to create lasting tributes, including special commemorative blue stone memorial pavers, new tree plantings, and thoughtfully placed benches. Every donation makes a difference, and the scope of the project will grow as support builds. The Alumni Square capital campaign will continue through summer 2026, with installation set for fall 2026 and a ribbon-cutting celebration planned for next Homecoming Weekend. Memorial Pavers
As part of the design vision for Alumni Square, the Alumni Association felt it was essential to honor the memory of alumni who are no longer with us, a lasting tribute to their lives and legacies, with the purchase of a memorial paver.
Gift a Tree
Honor the memory of a classmate with the lasting gift of a beautiful tree that will grace Alumni Square for generations. Each tree includes an engraved plaque at its base with a personalized inscription.
Sponsor a Bench
The benches currently located in the future Alumni Square footprint are reaching the end of their lifespan and will soon be replaced. The new benches will be built from durable, long-lasting materials and will include a back plate honoring each donor’s contribution.
