Celebrating Generations of RHS
Alumni Square is a newly proposed outdoor gathering space outside the Little Theater created exclusively for RHS alumni. It will be a welcoming place to come together during Homecoming Weekend, Class Reunions, Graduation, or any return to campus. Most importantly, it will serve as a place to honor and remember classmates who are no longer with us.
The vision for Alumni Square includes beautifully landscaped grounds, thoughtfully placed benches, new tree plantings, special commemorative blue stone memorial pavers, and custom signage. Each element can be commissioned in memory of a classmate, ensuring their life and legacy are always remembered. Individual donations are also welcome to support the broader mission of the project.
Timing: The Alumni Square capital campaign will launch this weekend during Homecoming 2026. Fundraising will continue through summer 2027, with installation completed in fall 2027 and a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Homecoming Weekend.
The RHS Alumni Association is actively fundraising to make this vision a reality and is calling on alumni to help turn this shared vision into reality.

Memorial Pavers
As part of the design vision for Alumni Square, the Alumni Association felt it was essential to honor the memory of alumni who are no longer with us, a lasting tribute to their lives and legacies, with the purchase of a memorial paver.
Gift a Tree
Honor the memory of a classmate with the lasting gift of a beautiful tree that will grace Alumni Square for generations. Each tree includes an engraved plaque at its base with a personalized inscription.
Sponsor a Bench
The benches currently located in the future Alumni Square footprint are reaching the end of their lifespan and will soon be replaced. The new benches will be built from durable, long-lasting materials and will include a back plate honoring each donor’s contribution.
